One Preventive Maintenance Team will visit to the site Three Times in a year during the normal working hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm on normal working days, to inspect and undertake the following routine PREVENTIVE maintenance Services.
✓ Check and clean condenser coil, evaporator coil, air filters & drain pan.
✓ Check blower, motor bearings, replace or lubricate as applicable.
✓ Check drive alignment, belt tension & wear, replace, adjust as necessary.
✓ Check and clean blower at the beginning of the summer season if required.
✓ Check unit insulation, drain connection, refrigeration pipe connection.
✓ Check unit for any abnormal vibration.
✓ Check unit for visual traces of gas, oil and condensate.
✓ Check operating refrigerant pressures.
✓ Check and clean electrical components, electrical heaters (if applicable), tightness of electrical connections, signs of overheating.
✓ Check controls, thermostat crankcase heater operation.
✓ Check motor currents.
✓ Check voltage/current imbalance.
Breakdown Complaints : Our Service Engineer will respond to your breakdown calls on the same day.
Note : Any Spare Parts repair/replacement and consumables are covered in this comprehensive type AMC.
Expert Report : We will report to you about the system defects or the suggestions for rectification/upgradations if required.
